The White Flower Mystery Tree

Does anyone know what this tree is? It is growing at an apartment building in Barrie, Ontario. Another farther down the street at a house too. It gets a pretty large flower, for a tree. It is in bloom right now, so not an early Spring blooming fruit tree. It gets a very long, slim seed pod. I could see them left on the tree from the year before.
